Mindful Connections

De-stress from your week and learn the basics of mindfulness and meditation in this weekly, 2 hour meeting, for 6 weeks.

Mindfulness has been shown to be helpful for a number of issues including stress, addictions, emotion dysregulation, memory, and general well-being. This course will teach you the foundations of mindfulness in an experiential setting so that you can practice as you learn.

Cost: $80/week x 6 weeks = $480*(covered by most insurance plans)

Meditation cushions are provided for use during class. You may choose to bring your own cushion, if you prefer, as well as a sweater or blanket.

*participants are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $240 prior to the first session in order to hold their spot in the group. The remainder $240 is due on the first day of group.
